Liberté is a new way of thinking about exercise and fitness. We exercise in groups outdoors in various parks and gardens and on some of the most spectacular beaches in the country.

Did you know that exercising outside can burn up to 20% more calories than in the gym due to uneven surfaces and battling against the weather. It's environmentally friendly too. We're so convinced of the health benefits of reconnecting with the great outdoors we've collaborated with the Performance Sport Department of Loughborough University who have written our training programmes.

Our programmes are focussed on improving both health and fitness and our sessions consist of different forms of training and compound exercises from cardiovascular, circuit training, toning and reshaping to team games. All our sessions are taught by qualified instructors who will ensure you reach your maximum potential each and every time and we welcome people of all ages, sex, shapes, sizes and fitness levels.

We are proud to announce, as of March 2012, Liberté Fitness are members of the FIA (Fitness Industry Association) who is the trade body which represents every reputable organisation in the health and activity industry. We are working with the FIA to contribute towards their new Outdoor Fitness Code of Conduct to create a level of professionalism for the industry.
